Do you want to define the future of how hundreds of millions of Amazon customers prove who they are? AI-powered attacks are making passwords and legacy multi-factor authentication increasingly vulnerable, and our Identity team is responding by building the next generation of authentication — passkeys, digital IDs, phishing-resistant phone-number verification, and more. As a Senior Product Manager, Technical on this team, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for these new authentication experiences, from problem discovery through launch and optimization, across surfaces including desktop, mobile, TV, and smart-home devices.

You will combine deep customer empathy with rigorous metrics analysis to understand how customers sign in, where friction exists, and what solutions will earn their trust. You will partner with engineering, design, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to ship experiences that protect customers while keeping interactions simple and intuitive.
