This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for Senior Program Manag er:

• Project & Program Management: Lead strategic initiatives, partner onboarding, and cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Stakeholder & Partner Management: Build strong relationships with Service Providers and align internal teams to achieve shared business goals.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline workflows, manage escalations, resolve issues, and improve post-sales service delivery.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: Track project milestones, monitor SLA performance, analyze metrics, and support forecasting and resource planning.
• Communication & Leadership: Serve as the central point of contact for partners, cross-functional teams, and senior leaders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in :

• Program or Project Management: 4–6 years of experience in program management, project management, client services, customer success, account management, or a related field.
• Enterprise Client & Partner Management: Experience managing enterprise-level customers, strategic partnerships, or Service Provider relationships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams, manage project timelines, track deliverables, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Escalation & Risk Management: Experience identifying potential risks, resolving operational issues, and managing escalations across internal and external stakeholders.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Experience tracking KPIs, project progress, service delivery metrics, or Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and implement scalable processes.
