About the role

This role owns how Samsara consistently hires exceptional talent across EMEA at pace. As Senior Manager, Recruiting – EMEA, you'll lead a team of recruiters covering non-quota-carrying and R&D hiring across the region — spanning Engineering, R&D, Sales Engineering, and G&A/Marketing/Corp — providing both strategic partnership and hands-on execution. Your job is to build a function that delivers exceptional hires today and gets stronger over time: clearer profiles, stronger signals, better candidate experience, and better decisions.

You'll report to the Director of Recruiting, EMEA, and act as the primary recruiting leader for Director + stakeholders within your business areas across the region, bringing the technical credibility and executive presence to be trusted from day one on senior and specialist searches.
