We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. This is a Hybrid role, based in either Rome or Milan , reporting to the Sales Engineering Manager in the Solutions Consulting organisation. The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals who are passionate about delighting our customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and sharing their expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future. Working within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will act as a pivotal technical partner to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Present the Zscaler cloud security platform to prospective customers
- Set the vision and translate goals into enticing and relevant recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients while aiding their transformational journey
- Guide customers from identifying and prioritizing use cases through defining and delivering successful projects, remaining a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
- Gather customer technical requirements and promote the value proposition in POV, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers
