Senior Sales Compensation Analyst
Position Overview: Entrust is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to lead the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of global sales incentive compensation programs. This role owns commission calculations and payouts, develops performance reporting and actionable insights, and serves as a trusted resource for sales employees and leaders on complex compensation matters. The analyst partners proactively with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Payroll, and other stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, scalable, and well-controlled compensation processes.
