THE WORK:

Ripple is growing, and we're looking to hire an experienced Senior Sales Manager based in London to cover our expanding OTC business. This is a high-ownership, quota-carrying role for a commercially driven professional who knows the European institutional FX and digital asset landscape and can build institutional pipeline from day one. You will operate at the intersection of Ripple’s trading desk and our growing roster of financial institution clients — sourcing, qualifying, and closing OTC deals across spot, forwards, and digital asset liquidity products. The ideal candidate lives and breathes customer centricity, is a sales hunter and has a passion for the digital asset industry.
