Server Core team develops and maintains critical core services. We work on code that handles game clusters, manages game realm connectivity, stores player data, manages player inventory and assets, distributes game sessions in the most optimized way, and integrates server with external services. Given the large number of concurrent players, our work is important for ensuring stability, and a smooth gaming experience.
As a cohesive team, we value cooperation and problem-solving. If you're passionate about high-load systems and want to shape the future of a globally connected game, we would love to hear from you!
- Own complex features end-to-end, from requirements to production
- Decompose large problems into manageable tasks, define service/module boundaries
- Ensure scalability, performance, and fault-tolerance
- Improve engineering culture: tools, testing, observability, automation
- Mentor mid-level engineers and support team decision-making
