Shape the architecture of a practice management platform serving thousands of healthcare organizations and millions of users nationwide.
The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Product Team at Commure + Athelas powers the core operating system for our practices. Our product—Insights—provides practice staff and administrators with everything they need to efficiently manage their practice’s operations. We maintain 150+ customer-facing features, ranging from high-level reports and visualizations to workflow automation tools to help the staff boost their practice’s revenue.
As a Senior Software Engineer Engineer, you will play a key role in scaling and maintaining our website’s infrastructure, ensuring a seamless user experience as we grow to support thousands of practices nationwide.
Beyond development, this role will help define the technical direction of Insights’ architecture, shaping how and where services are built and deployed. You’ll help foster a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing the reliability, scalability, and performance of our web applications while elevating the technical skills of the entire engineering organization.
