WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer I, Quality Engineering (Automation) to join SurveyMonkey. As a key contributor, you will help build and scale automated testing frameworks, quality engineering practices, and release processes that ensure our products remain reliable, performant, and delightful for millions of users worldwide.
This role is critical in enabling engineering teams to deliver high-quality software at speed. You will work closely with software engineers, product managers, designers, and fellow quality engineers to establish testing strategies, improve release confidence, and drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
You understand that quality is a shared responsibility. While automation is central to maintaining engineering velocity, you also recognize the importance of exploratory and risk-based testing to uncover issues that automated checks may not detect. If you are passionate about modern test automation, continuous delivery, and building quality into every stage of development, we'd love to hear from you!
