Be a founding Solutions Engineer shaping the pre-sales playbook, tooling, and demo methodology for Synthesia's North American expansion as it becomes a multi-product company.
We’re hiring Senior Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s pre-sales function in North America, focusing on Mountain, Central, and West regions. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling, and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you’re excited by building while scaling, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs, and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you’ll take what you learn in the field back to Product.
This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time and continue to scale across North America. We're ideally looking for someone based in Austin, where we have an office, for this role, but welcome remote candidates to apply.
