Wing is looking for a Sr. Staff UX Designer to join our Product & UX team. This role can be hybrid in Palo Alto, CA , or fully remote within the United States . In this role, you will architect the future of autonomous logistics, defining how individuals, merchants, and partners interact with the world’s leading drone delivery ecosystem. As a senior individual contributor, you will lead end-to-end design across a mission-critical portfolio: consumer-facing apps, partner and merchant operations, and the internal tools that power our flight and logistics operations.
In this role, you’ll move beyond traditional software paradigms to solve unique challenges at the intersection of physical and software experiences.
Working between cutting-edge hardware, on the ground logistics, and software experiences, you will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, and Aviation Operations teams to take complex, ambiguous problems from early concept to flight. You’ll drive a culture of design excellence and craft, mentor fellow designers, and ensure Wing’s technology is functional, efficient, intuitive, proactive, and human-centric.
