Senior Systems Administrator, Billing Systems Billing infrastructure is revenue infrastructure. In a business running an enterprise sales-led motion and a product-led self-serve motion in parallel, the configuration quality of that stack directly determines what Finance can close cleanly, what customers are billed accurately, and how much revenue is recovered when payments fail. We're hiring a systems administrator who treats it that way. The Senior Systems Administrator, Billing Systems is the senior platform expert across Quickbase's billing stack and a trusted operational partner to Finance, RevOps, and Product Engineering. This role owns day-to-day administration of and production support across the billing systems landscape in a scaled, dual-motion SaaS environment, currently anchored on BillingPlatform and Stripe, with the platform landscape expected to evolve. As the senior-most administrator on the team, this role also carries a higher bar for platform strategy, complex problem-solving, and mentorship of other billing systems administrators.
