Senior Technical Program Manager, Amazon Stores Finance Tech

The Worldwide (WW) Amazon Stores Finance (ASF) Technology team is looking for a customer-focused, analytically and technically skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to own and drive program solutions for the Stores Finance organization. This role requires an AI-native mindset — leveraging Generative AI tools and automation as a core part of how you plan, execute, communicate, and deliver.

This team operates in a fast-paced environment where we “Work Hard, Have Fun, Make History.” On a typical day, you will engage with multiple customers, define and prioritize the roadmap, deep dive to root cause a customer issue, release the latest new feature, define and report business metrics, explore GenAI-powered automation opportunities, and discuss radical new approaches to building and operating at scale.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon, you will own the lifecycle of cross-functional programs that have considerable business and technology impact. You will define program strategy, align stakeholders, and deliver outcomes that matter to customers.
