This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager, APO Tech Strategic Initiatives to support the growth of our Partner Solutions Architecture teams. Successful technical program managers leverage their technical depth, management and leadership capabilities to pro-actively identify and manage risks, resolve issues and escalate where appropriate to drive a high bar. You will play an active role in building the future state of Partner recognition programs, creating technical content, training and implementation plans, along with driving cross-functional alignment with various AWS teams, partner stakeholders, and SMEs.
You will have have a proven track record in building and scaling successful technical programs for partners and internal stakeholders. You will have strong communication, product building and program management skills. You will also have experience and skills associated with building out and driving technical programs from scratch with success indicators built in, with an ability to look across corners.
