As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. You will act as a central nexus to streamline cross-functional workflows and usher complex initiatives through their full lifecycle. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders across Finance, Delivery, Efficiency, and Ops to navigate trade-offs, triage high-priority escalations, align strategic roadmaps, and ensure clear, operational communication across all interconnected teams. This work requires exceptional horizontal visibility and strategic operational excellence. You will perform diagnostic process deep dives, unblock cross-team dependencies, manage multi-directional information flow, and establish operational frameworks to ensure the entire Data Center Planning (DCP) ecosystem operates with agility, speed, and alignment.
