Deine Aufgaben
An unserem Standort in Hilden (nahe Düsseldorf) bist du verantwortlich für die Reparatur, Fehlersuche und Wartung von Laborgeräten für unsere QIAGEN Kunden
- Du verfolgst die Serviceziele und Schlüsselindikatoren zur Aufrechterhaltung höchster Kundenzufriedenheit
- Das Arbeiten unter Einhaltung interner Qualitätsmanagement-Richtlinien und des Berichtswesens, sowie der kundenspezifischen Arbeitsanweisungen zählt ebenso zu deinen Tätigkeiten
- Du wickelst den kompletten Reparaturfluss vom Wareneingang bis zum Warenausgang ab
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Datenpflege und die Reporterstellung in unseren internen Datensystemen, z.B SalesForce
- Bei Bedarf unterstützt du auch unser Ersatzteilmanagement
