The Services Solutions Manager (SSM) is a fully qualified professional responsible for managing complex engagements. This role focuses on the strategic transition of customers from purchasing "hours" to achieving "defined impact" and business value. You will act as a consultative challenger, ensuring that every Statement of Work (SOW) is a rigorous, milestone-driven roadmap linked to specific business outcomes.
