We are seeking a Social Media Lead in our Broomfield, CO Location.

You’ll own Quantinuum’s social media program from strategy through execution, building on our existing presence and leading its next stage of growth. Your work will increase brand awareness, establish thought leadership, and deepen engagement with investors, business and government decision makers, quantum industry stakeholders, and prospective employees.

We’re looking for a builder: someone who identifies opportunities, develops ideas, and moves them forward. You should be equally comfortable creating a channel strategy, capturing and editing a short video, writing a compelling post, participating in community conversations, and using quantitative and qualitative insight to identify trends, challenge assumptions, evaluate performance and determine future strategic priorities.

You will establish the frameworks, standards and ways of working that enable Quantinuum to use social media effectively and consistently across the organization, while remaining close enough to the work to provide hands-on expertise where it has the greatest impact.

You’ll work closely with our Brand and Communications team, creative partners, and subject-matter experts to build a sustainable, scalable program with a clear editorial point of view and content tailored to each platform. \n
