We are looking for an experienced Software Architect to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality cloud-based applications. The role combines technical leadership, architectural excellence, mentoring, and innovation to deliver effective solutions aligned with business needs. What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based applications while ensuring high-quality software delivery.
- Define architectural specifications (HLD/LLD), establish technical standards, and ensure engineering best practices are followed.
- Drive application improvements, code quality, security, and delivery consistency
- Provide technical insights during refinement, feature discussions, and product planning.
- Conduct POCs and identify optimal technical solutions aligned with business needs.
- Mentor Entry, Junior, and Senior Developers, encouraging technical growth and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, RTEs, and cross-functional teams to define technical scope and delivery plans.
- Identify technical gaps, create improvement backlogs, and drive innovation.
- Promote AI adoption, modern technologies, and continuous improvement across teams.
