Software Engineer (Contract)

Own permissions and authorization work for the Greenhouse product on a remote, ~12-month contract building features across Rails, React, and PostgreSQL.
This is an independent contractor engagement in Argentina. Deel will serve as Contractor of Record and will contract with and pay the independent contractor. The independent contractor will provide services to Greenhouse on a non-exclusive basis, may provide services to other clients, and will be responsible for determining the manner and means of performing the services, subject to the applicable statement of work and agreed deliverables. This engagement is not an employment relationship with Greenhouse. No employment relationship, social benefits, or labor entitlements under Argentine Law 20,744 are created by this engagement.
Through this arrangement, Deel is hiring an independent contractor to provide services to the Governance team. This team owns how permissions and authorization work across the Greenhouse product.
This role will support the development and maintenance of the Company’s web-based applications as part of an approximately 12-month engagement.
This is a collaborative, execution-focused, non-exclusive engagement. You will spend the majority of your time in the code building features, fixing bugs, and ensuring our products remain stable and performant for users.

- Engagement type: A non-exclusive contract role engaged through a Contractor of Record (COR) via Deel in Argentina
- Location: Argentina (remote)
- Working model: Collaboration with a distributed, US & Canada-based team with reasonable availability for coordination with Greenhouse stakeholders
