You will work across a broad range of AWS services, guiding customers through design trade-offs and helping them adopt cloud best practices. Key job responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution design for customer engagements, understanding business context and outcome priorities to architect solutions that address specific technical and strategic objectives.
• Dive into technical details with customer engineering teams — evaluating design choices around load distribution, data store selection, scaling strategies, and failover mechanisms — to ensure architectures meet reliability, security, and performance requirements.
• Develop and deliver technical content such as workshops, presentations, sample code, and white papers that educate customers on best practices and accelerate their adoption of AWS services.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, business development, professional services, and engineering to progress customer opportunities and translate product feedback into actionable requirements for service teams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify existing solutions and contribute reusable design patterns, reference architectures, and best practices that benefit the broader Solutions Architect community.
