Do you want to help the U.S. Army and broader Department of War adopt innovative cloud computing solutions that make a real difference? As a Senior Solutions Architect within the World Wide Public Sector practice at Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will work directly with U.S. Army customers and a broad ecosystem of system integrators and solution providers to design and deliver cloud architectures that address complex data, security, and mission requirements. Our team is growing to keep pace with rising demand as defense customers modernize their technology platforms — and this is your chance to be part of that momentum. You will own implementation architectures and shape strategies for projects involving large-scale data workloads and a broad range of AWS services, such as Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS), Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2), and Amazon Bedrock. You will also advise customers on how generative AI capabilities can accelerate their missions. This position requires willingness to travel within the U.S. and overseas up to 35%.
