The Vendor Master Data Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in leading, governing, and optimizing vendor master data processes. This includes ownership of compliance workflows, validation controls, audit readiness, and end-to-end vendor data lifecycle management. The specialist partners with external vendors, banking institutions, and third-party service providers to validate documentation, resolve compliance issues, and support onboarding or remediation activities. This role works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure vendor data is compliant, accurate, and reliably supports downstream financial and operational processes. This role acts as the gatekeeper for the review and publication of all vendor master data (product vendors, indirect vendors, real estate, tax, legal, freight, etc.).
***Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME
***Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment.
