About the opportunity You contribute directly to QIAGEN’s production success by applying advanced technical and scientific expertise in microbial fermentation and downstream processing. Working in a regulated production environment, you independently run bacterial and yeast fermentation processes at production scale, support continuous process optimization, and take responsibility for shift coordination. The role offers strong technical ownership, project involvement, and the opportunity to influence process improvements across sites in northern Poland.
