Specification Control Assistant Manager
- Develop and modify specification of product and coordinate outsourcing production.
- Lead and skill up cell members
- Manage specification of product and modify option of vehicle
- Maintain BOM (Bill of material) and master part list of vehicles.
- Cooperate with the Technology Team for successful launching of new products
- Manage new part application in the production system for smooth production.
- Develop knowledge of production system and come up innovative idea
- Develop production plans to ensure continuous production.
- Communicate with the Manufacturing Units on a regular basis; modify production plans referring to their feedback (e.g., the level of production, demands).
- Meet all other requirements as assigned.
