Spring Internship, Transformation Intern _Global Sourcing Organization

The Role The Transformation team in the Global Sourcing Organization builds data-driven tools and streamlined processes that make sourcing faster, smarter and more scalable across regions. As a Transformation Intern, you will collaborate with sourcing, engineering and IT experts to analyze sourcing data, prototype improved workflows and build AI-enabled systems that automate everyday work. You will receive support from the team and have opportunities to learn about digital transformation in global sourcing.

What you will do:

• Analyze sourcing data (spend, lead time, supplier risk) and build dashboard the team can use
• Map and redesign key sourcing workflows, with mockups tested by the team
• Build internal tool or automation, using AI tools throughout

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related fields.
• Supply Chain & Process Logic: Strong understanding of process mapping, labor operations, overhead allocation, and quantitative modeling.
• AI & Smart Tools: Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to leverage AI and advanced analytical tools to solve problems efficiently.
