Quickbase is seeking a motivated and systems-oriented Senior General Ledger Accountant to join our Accounting team. This individual will play an important role in general ledger accounting, the monthly close, accounting operations, and financial process improvements.

The position will initially support several areas across accounts payable, cash, payroll, fixed assets, expenses, intercompany accounting, and other close-related activities. Responsibilities may evolve over time based on business priorities, organizational growth, and the needs of the Accounting team. The ideal candidate combines a strong accounting foundation with curiosity, sound judgment, and an interest in systems, automation, and scalable processes.
