Sr. Director, Engineering - Customer Experience Services

The Opportunity Adobe is seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Engineering to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Growth Apps for Customer Experience Services (CES). What you’ll do CES Growth Apps are Adobe’s scaled growth engine—turning customer experience intelligence, AI, and orchestration into repeatable systems that drive adoption, retention, and expansion at enterprise scale. They are a critical bridge between Adobe’s AI first product innovation and sustained customer and revenue outcomes.

Customer Experience Services (CES) Growth Apps represent the growth execution layer between Core platforms (Adobe Experience Platform, GenAI services, orchestration layers), Product led capabilities (Experience Cloud, GenStudio, AI driven workflows) and Go-to-market and Customer Success motions. They help ensure Adobe is not just shipping powerful products but is also systematically converting those products. This leader will own the Engineering strategy for CES Growth Apps and partner closely with Product, Design, AI/ML to deliver deeply integrated, user-centric solutions that meet enterprise-grade standards.
