Job Description The Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) Deal Team structures and manages the financial analyses supporting commercial proposals and advises decisionmakers on related risks and opportunities. The Senior Manager, Andean Deal Team leads deal modeling, financial analysis, approvals, contracting, implementation, and performance tracking for Visa deals across the Andean region. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to structure client opportunities that meet strategic, financial, contractual, compliance, and governance requirements. The Senior Manager is solution-oriented, balancing disciplined governance with timely commercial execution while working effectively across cultures, languages, and time zones.

· Lead and coordinate the Andean Deal Finance agenda through the applicable governance process, ensuring alignment with business needs, internal requirements, and Visa objectives.

· Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to advise on, develop, and optimize financial proposals for current and prospective clients across the Andean region.
