We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the North America Operations (NA Ops) Fixed, Capex, Analytics & Planning (FCAP) Finance Team and lead the FP&A space for our Capacity/Initiatives investments. This is a highly visible role supporting several business and finance leaders (L8s/L10s) on goals, launching planning review mechanisms and building bottoms-up rolling 3YF financial models. The right candidate must have exceptional communication and analytical skills, have the ability to dive deep and succinctly communicate findings/ideas, as well as be able to navigate a dynamic and fast pace work environment.
As part of the FP&A org, you will join a team that is passionate about numbers, data, and how to use them to generate insights and improve our business. We support and influence the organization by providing a holistic and financial perspective, we are the trusted business advisors. We collaborate with our partners to ensure leaders have the most up to date and reliable information, and work with them to make sure we are making the best possible decisions.
