Supermicro is seeking an experienced Sr. IA Manager that will lead and develop a team of audit professionals while building strong, trust‑based relationships with business, operations, finance, and legal stakeholders. This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality audits across operational, financial and compliance domains, including revenue, inventory, return authorization, rebate processes and Global Trade Compliance.

The ideal candidate brings a data‑centric mindset , strong ERP (SAP/SAP BI) experience, and the ability to translate complex business risks into clear, actionable insights. This leader will oversee SOX 404 testing, operational risk assessments, governance and compliance reviews, across global operations. The role also drives business process improvements, creating Internal Audit reports, facilitates Management Action Plans, and ensures timely remediation.

• Recruit, develop, coach, and manage internal audit professionals.
• Run effective meetings that drive alignment, consensus, and clear decision‑making.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with business, operations, finance, legal, and IT stakeholders.
• Communicate audit results and insights in a concise, executive‑ready manner.
