Sr. Manager- Visa Direct Sales

The Senior Manager, Visa Direct FI Sales will lead strategic engagements with key clients and partners that are critical to the success of Visa Direct’s domestic and cross border solutions. Engagement begins with an early -stage consultation to understand the partner’s needs, resources and targeted timeframe. Conversations will continue as we co-design a solution with the partner, agreeing on scope, and timelines. Management of multiple stakeholders and teams within Visa will be required to manage multiple sales opportunities across different areas of Financial Institution (Retail banking, treasury, business banking, wealth management…), create complex deal structures, negotiate, and close multiple deals simultaneously. The candidate will have direct engagement with clients.

The ideal candidate will be a structured, experienced money-movement leader, with high familiarity of the SWIFT network, Wires, Local ACH and FX. An analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in how products are developed and delivered. S/he will possess a unique combination of sales, business development, product expertise, product solutioning, marketing, problem solving ability, flexibility with rapid changes, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail.
