Sr. Network Procurement Business Manager

What the Role Entails Tencent Cloud is seeking a Network Procurement Business Manager to drive carrier network resource expansion and strategic partnership development. This role focuses on network node site selection, early-stage technical coordination, commercial negotiation and execution for resource deployment, and ongoing partnership management with telecom operators and suppliers. You will serve as the primary commercial interface for regional carriers, help drive network resource implementation, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across planning, network, and operations teams to support stable service delivery and long-term business growth. 1.Lead commercial development for carrier network resources aligned with company planning, including network node site selection and evaluation, early-stage technical coordination, commercial negotiation for resource deployment, contract execution, and billing/payment management throughout the full commercial lifecycle.

2.Act as the primary commercial interface for telecom operators in the assigned region, building and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships to support business growth and advance carrier cooperation initiatives.
