We are looking for a Sr Recruiting Manager, Sales to lead hiring for some of the most critical go-to-market roles at Axon. This includes senior individual contributors, front-line leadership, and strategic hiring aligned to our expansion across B2B, Federal, and emerging markets.
This is a builder role for someone who can partner closely with sales leadership while staying close to the work. You will operate across hiring strategy, recruiter execution, process design, and candidate experience, while owning a high-impact portfolio in a company that is scaling quickly and asking Talent Acquisition to be more predictive, data-driven, and embedded in the business.
The right person brings strong judgment, urgency, and a willingness to dive in alongside their team. You will be expected to raise the talent bar, not simply fill seats. That means building trust with stakeholders, challenging assumptions, identifying exceptional talent, and creating systems that help Axon hire better and faster.
This role is hybrid and based in New York, Boston, Seattle, or Scottsdale.
