📌 ABOUT THE JOB:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee large residential developments, including single-family homes, townhomes, and low to mid-rise multi-family projects. The successful candidate will spearhead projects from pre-construction engineering through completion and quality assurance, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
We are seeking individuals who are not only proficient in project management but also possess a forward-thinking mindset and a passion for building and improving processes. Geothermal experience is a plus but not mandatory; however, construction management experience is essential.
The role demands strong financial acumen, subcontractor management skills, and the ability to travel as needed. This is an opportunity to join a growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our department. This position will report to the Director of Project Management.
