Sr. Software Engineer, Digital Experience

What to Expect As a Software Engineer on Tesla’s Digital Product Engineering team, you will be responsible for building information systems to support Tesla's rapid growth while providing a seamless and intuitive customer experience. You will be part of the core service team at Tesla, which owns order management, product catalog, pricing management platform to support sales, finance, and operational teams in every global market. • Design, develop, and support applications and systems within the team's scope, including vehicle ordering, configuration inventory management and associated sales, incentives, and fees management platform
• Lead technical efforts to onboard Tesla products into new international markets, ensuring compliance with regional requirements and seamless integration with existing systems
• Design and build AI-powered chatbot solutions to assist users with ordering, payment, and fee-related inquiries, driving self-service adoption and reducing operational support load
• Identify, design, and implement enhancements to improve the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of order processing workflows
• Monitor production systems, analyze real-time metrics, respond to alerts, and proactively address system performance and availability concerns
• Write clean, maintainable, performant, and well-tested code to deliver new features and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams to plan and prioritize feature development
• Adapt quickly to evolving business priorities and technical requirements in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Work with a modern tech stack including C#, Python, Go, Node.js, React, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, GraphQL, Docker, and Kubernetes
