Own multi-cloud expansion of LogScale fleets across AWS, GCP, OCI, and CrowdStrike datacenters, serving systems that ingest over 100 PB of event data daily.
About the Role: CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help design and build the software systems that power our global LogScale/NG-SIEM infrastructure footprint. The FrontTier Expansions team is responsible for enabling LogScale fleets to run reliably wherever our customers need them — across AWS, GCP, OCI, and CrowdStrike-managed datacenters. As a senior engineer, you'll take ownership of core services and automation frameworks that make multi-cloud expansion fast, safe, and repeatable, while mentoring others and raising the engineering bar across the team.
You'll be building software for systems that ingest over 100 PB of event data daily, support decade-long data retention, serve millions of queries per hour, and support thousands of customers globally. This is an opportunity to write code that operates at a scale few engineers ever experience, where your contributions directly impact the security posture of organizations worldwide.
This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site from our Austin, TX Office.
