THE TEAM & ROLE

Zuora’s Corporate Operations organization serves as the backbone of our internal technology ecosystem, building digital experiences that connect teams, align business priorities, and strengthen collaboration company-wide. Taking a cloud-first, AI-enabled approach, we empower our global ZEOs with modern tools and self-service solutions that drive productivity, scalability, and agility - all while upholding the highest standards of security and compliance.

Within Corporate Operations, the G&A Business Applications team designs, implements, and optimizes the systems that power all of Zuora's core General & Administrative functions, including Finance, FP&A, Procurement, ZEO Success (HR), and Legal. Reporting to the Senior Business Systems Manager of Digital Workplace Experience, this team works closely with system analysts, administrators, project managers, data architects, and developers to deliver robust, scalable business solutions.
