Staff Security Engineer, Strategy & Operations Position Overview We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and operationally focused Staff Security Engineer, Strategy & Operations to support and drive operational excellence across the Health100 and PCW Security & Infrastructure organizations . This role combines security domain expertise, business operations, strategic planning, executive communications, and data-driven decision making to enable organizational effectiveness and execution. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, owning executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, operational governance, and strategic initiatives that provide visibility into organizational health, security program maturity, infrastructure performance, and business outcomes. This individual will partner across security, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to drive alignment, accountability, and operational excellence at scale. Who Are You You are an experienced security professional with a passion for strategy, operations, and organizational effectiveness. You possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity and infrastructure environments, coupled with exceptional analytical and communication skills. You thrive in complex organizations, can synthesize large volumes of information into actionable insights, and excel at influencing stakeholders across multiple disciplines. You have a proven track record of developing executive-level reporting, driving cross-functional initiatives, operationalizing metrics, and creating scalable processes that improve organizational performance.
