About the Position: As a Staff Developer, you will play a key leadership role within a software development team, balancing deep technical expertise with mentorship, project leadership, and delivery accountability. This position requires expert-level programming and system design capabilities, ownership of end-to-end project delivery, and a commitment to software development best practices.
You will lead technical initiatives, guide and mentor team members, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape engineering standards while working across cross-functional teams.
