About This Role

Faire is looking for a Senior Associate to serve as the strategic finance partner to Faire's Corporate functions. This role will partner closely with the CFO and other senior Corporate leaders to raise the bar on financial planning and forecasting.

This role sits within the Enterprise Finance and Strategy team at Faire. The mission of the team is to maximize Faire’s long-term value by translating business strategy into well-defined financial plans, reporting, and analysis that support business execution and decision-making. You will work cross-functionally with senior leaders across our Corporate functions to improve financial visibility, optimize reporting processes, and enhance our planning capabilities. The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and and enjoys finding smarter ways to work — whether that's leveraging AI, reimagining a broken process, or raising the bar on what Finance can deliver to the business.
