As a Strategic Sales Transformation Director, you will work with UiPath’s most strategic customers in the region to drive transformational deals. Positioning automation as a change lever for their business, you’ll engage at CxO level to understand their organisation and how automation and agentic orchestration can help accelerate their transformation and align with their objectives.
From envisioning new possibilities, creating disruptive commercial models and building out bespoke strategic partnerships, the Strategic Transformation Lead will leverage their consultative sales expertise to drive customer-first solutions.
You will build, inspire and lead high-functioning, cross organisation sales teams (in partnership with the Account Lead) relentlessly focused on our customers and their objectives.
We are seeking high performing candidates with a strong background in consultative sales, excellent commercial acumen and deep focus on customer outcomes.
