Student Assistant, Digital Strategy & Simplification - Copenhagen
Do you want to build real experience at the intersection of business and IT and put your studies into practice? Join ECCO and get hands-on experience with tools like Ardoq, Coupa and Confluence while supporting enterprise architecture, data governance and application management. Your week lives inside Ardoq and Confluence At our office in Copenhagen, you will become part of our Digital Strategy & Simplification Team. Together, we support architecture, data governance, knowledge management and portfolio transparency - the parts of a business that only get noticed when they stop working. You will work closely with your team, while reaching into both business and IT whenever a question needs an answer from the other side. More specifically, you will:
- Maintain and update architecture information in Ardoq, structuring data on business capabilities, processes, applications, ownership, lifecycle and data domains, and improving its quality, consistency and completeness
- Support mapping between capabilities, processes, applications, data and organizational areas, and turn that mapping into dashboards and reports
- Maintain and improve documentation in Confluence
- Assist the Procurement team with contract uploads, content structuring, data preparation, testing and validation
- Support application portfolio management - data collection, quality checks, reporting and insights - and pick up ad-hoc tasks across Enterprise Architecture, Master Data Management, data governance and procurement
Your job runs 15-20 hours a week, with flexibility built around your studies and exam periods.
