Supplier Management Lead

Etsy has undergone a Source to Pay (S2P) transformation which resulted in a center-led procurement model with a goal to create a compliant and frictionless end user experience for S2P governance and procedures. This role serves to further this goal by creating an independent supplier onboarding lead, who will be responsible for the day to day, while creating a long term vision of supplier onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent grasp of Etsy’s S2P system and processes while keeping an eye out for improvement. The candidate will be able to leverage their communication skills to coordinate with various departments, ensuring compliance with Etsy and HOB supplier onboarding standards while establishing strong ties with suppliers.

This is a full-time position located in Ireland and reporting to the Procurement Manager.

What does the day-to-day look like? In this role, you will be the owner for end-to-end supplier data lifecycle, a key contributor to our procurement operations with a heavy emphasis on supplier risk mitigation and data integrity.
