Supply Chain Systems Intern, Summer 2027

Build next-gen supply chain dashboards for a robotics company, enabling complete product traceability across manufacturing and internal systems at scale.
Wing is looking for a Supply Chain Systems Intern to join our Manufacturing and Supply Chain Team based in Palo Alto, CA . In this role, you will collaborate closely with manufacturing and supply chain personnel, as well as cross-functional partners in sourcing and engineering. The selected candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, supporting operational workflows, and configuring, integrating, and scaling next-generation supply chain systems to foster a robust and resilient supply chain architecture.
In this role you will:
- Contribute to Wing’s Next-Gen PLM and eQMS implementation and configuration by gathering business and system requirements, enabling core modules, and refining system configurations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to leverage our Next-Gen PLM system to develop a customized Wing dashboard, proactively identifying and derisking BOM items across all active production products.
- Develop and optimize performance dashboards to establish complete, end-to-end product genealogy traceability by integrating data from contract manufacturing and internal Wing systems.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. graduating between December 2027 and August 2028
- Familiarity with Supply Chain Systems tools (e.g., PLM, ERP, eQMS, MES)
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with the ability to turn complex manufacturing and logistics data into actionable dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
- Ability to identify challenging problems and potential solutions with guidance from a mentor, working toward them with high autonomy.
Salary Range $112,000 — $117,000 USD
