Job Description: SACT (Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatment) Navigator
Cromwell Hospital, London SW5 0TU Full Time - Permanent (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday | 09:00 - 17:00 Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience

We are looking for a compassionate and highly organised SACT Navigator to join our Oncology team. This is a pivotal role supporting patients throughout their cancer treatment journey, ensuring a seamless and coordinated experience while working closely with consultants, nursing teams, pharmacy colleagues and administrative departments.
How you'll help us make health happen As a SACT Navigator, you will play a key role in coordinating patient pathways and providing exceptional support to patients and their families throughout their treatment.
