We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale our team across engineering, product, operations, and business functions, while partnering closely with our broader recruiting team on hiring across the organization. You’ll own full-cycle hiring for a range of functions, and help build teams as Tavus continues to grow.

This is a high-impact role that will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand and anticipate evolving talent needs, shape hiring plans, and bring exceptional people to our team. This role will require someone who has a proven track record of building strong teams across areas of ownership, while stepping in across functions as hiring needs quickly evolve.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in early-stage chaos, loves building systems and processes, and can balance hands-on recruiting with thoughtful partnership and planning.

You’ll own full cycle recruiting: sourcing, building talent networks, candidate management, closing, and hiring-manager partnership, while helping us build the recruiting foundation we need for the next stage of Tavus.
