This role owns the product direction, roadmap and outcomes for Performance Engineering and Quality Engineering within Infrastructure & Operations. You will shape shared capabilities that help engineering teams test earlier, detect risk sooner and release reliable, performant software with confidence. You will work at the intersection of specialist performance and quality engineers, software delivery teams, platform engineers and technology leadership. The role combines strong product management with sufficient technical depth to understand how automated testing, non-functional testing and quality controls integrate with CI/CD pipelines and the wider software delivery lifecycle.
