Position Overview: The primary responsibility of the Technical Product Owner is to prioritize and manage the product backlog, learning the customers and markets to deliver industry-leading software applications through documenting, analyzing, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements for the engineering team.

Essential Functions:

• Translate product road map to features
• Participate in daily Scrum ceremonies, leading refinement sessions, and engaging with implementation team
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team
• Transform business priorities into technical requirements and engage thoroughly to ensure that business objectives are accomplished for PI
• Demonstrate sense of ownership
• Ability to communicate technical concepts, risks and dependencies and translate them into TFS/Azure work items or plans
• Writing and reviewing requirements as well as maintaining the requirements in our requirement systems cross platform
• Participating in scope discussions and facilitating the requirements elicitation process, leading from user needs, business needs, and regulatory requirements into well-documented requirements suitable for product development
• Contributing to and creating corporate procedures that are related to requirement management and system engineering
