Technical Service Representative (Part Time)

Start as a service agent with no experience needed, handling in-home delivery, installation, and repair for customers while training toward certifications.
You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a technical service representative , which we call service agent . In this role, you will take care of our customers’ service and repair needs.
No experience required! Your everyday tech use has already given you a great foundation, and we’ll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers.

What you’ll do:
- Create an amazing customer experience at the service desk
- Provide delivery and installation services for our customers in their homes
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained
- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture
What we’re looking for:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract
- Successful completion of criminal background check
- Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
